Refund policy

Due to the highly collectible and ever-changing nature of our products, all sales are final. Cryptid Cove LLC has a no return or exchange policy with the exception of a few special circumstances outlined below:

 

Damaged in Shipping

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your purchase should arrive damaged, please contact us at support@cryptidcove.com within 48 hours so that we can initiate a parcel damage claim. Clear photographs of the parcel packaging and damaged contents are required. Please do not throw away the parcel packaging, it may be required in the parcel damage claims.

While we package all items for shipping with the upmost care to prevent any damage, due to many forces beyond our control items may not always arrive in perfect condition. Minor exterior packaging flaws to the parcel box or the packaging of the contents inside (such as bends, scuffs, or indentations) to the products packaging only are not considered defects or damage.


Defective Item or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect or if we made a mistake in sending an incorrect item, please contact us at support@cryptidcove.com within 7 days to arrange for a replacement or a refund. Clear photographs are required for a defective or incorrect product claim with all replacements and refunds subject to our customer service discretion.

While we strive to maintain accurate photos and descriptions of all our products, many times they are glamour shots straight from the manufacturer. Products that arrive from the manufacturer that differ slightly from these descriptions and pictures (such as a slightly different color or having a small paint blemish) are not considered defective.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Any refused shipments or shipments returned as undeliverable due to an error on the customer part (such as an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts) will be treated as a return and subject to a 30% restocking fee. The original shipping fee as well as any parcel return cost from the return shipment will also be deducted from the refund in this case.

If for any reason you notice an issue with your shipment address, please contact us immediately at support@cryptidcove.com so that we can try to resolve it as soon as possible. We may be able to correct the shipment to avoid additional fees.

 

Return Shipments

Returns mailed to us without an authorization number will not be accepted, and the package and contents may instead be destroyed. We are not responsible for any items mailed to us without prior approval; Please do not ship your items to us without approval from our customer service team. Our customer service team will process and provide additional information on how and where to mail any approved returns as well as an authorization number that must be displayed on the parcel.
